Registration for the 2026 Summer Solstice will begin March 15, 2026.
VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 GREENSBORO SUMMER SOLSTICE FESTIVAL IS OPEN!
This vendor registration form is for Crafters, Makers and Artists, providers of Healing Services and purveyors of Faeriesque artifacts.
The Faeries of the Greensboro Summer Solstice Festival love handcrafted items. We do not accept Multi-Level Marketing/Direct Sales vendors (e.g. dōTERRA, Avon, Usborne, etc.).

SPACES
Single Space – 10’x10’ – $150.00 (Single spaces can be shared with more than one vendor.)
Double Space – 10’x20’ – $225.00 (Double spaces can be shared for a single vendor, or 3 or more vendors and must be connected. They MAY NOT be rented to use for 2 vendors as separate vendor spaces.)
Triple Space – 10’x30’ – $350.00 (Triple Spaces are only available for approved vehicles over 25’ long. Prior approval from Vendor Faerie required! Call/Text 336-707-2964 before completing registration.)
Single NON-PROFIT Space – 10’x10’ – $125.00 (Non-Profits must provide proof of 501(c)3 Non-Profit status.)
The Greensboro Summer Solstice Festival reserves the right to deny any vendor registration. Any refunds required will be processed minus a $5 processing fee.
Cancellations with a refund are accepted until June 1st. An administration fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. After June 1st, cancellations are non-refundable.

Promotion of religion or politics is NOT permitted at this festival.
LOCATION
The Greensboro Summer Solstice Festival is spread across 2 parks: Lindley Park & the Greensboro Arboretum. Vendors have the option for an additional $25 to choose a specific area that they would like to be placed (eg., in Lindley Park Bazaar, in the shade, on Faerie Lane [for vendors carrying faerie-esque items], quieter area).
Lindley Park Bazaar has Rows A, B, C (w/ electricity), D, E (against trees). Faerie Lane has 2 rows (one w/ electricity). In the Serenity Garden & Butterfly Garden vendor areas are indicated with pink lines. Electricity is limited and the areas with access are noted on the map.
